T Minus 113
A week is a long time in politics or so they say.
Twenty four hours is an even longer time in house selling.
It’s two weeks ago that we first heard about the potential issue with our panels . The house has been on the market for a month in which time we have had lots of viewings but no sale. However in the past 24 hours we have had a bit of a breakthrough. The main news is that some very kind friends have offered to loan us the money we need to pay off the solar panel company. This clears the obstacle in the way of potential buyers buying the property. We can then pay the loan back out of the proceeds. We should also be able to offset the cost by getting a better price.
This is really a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. We are so grateful to this kind act but also to God, who we believe works behind the scenes. 😀

Glad you’ve been given a resolution to your solar probs. I’ve been tempted to invest but went to the estate agent for advice and she told me there could be complications in the event of a sale; so decided it wasn’t a good idea for me.
