As a family we have been able to travel a little within Europe. Our holidays have been either to France or Spain.
In 1999 we went back to Brittany for a great two-week holiday in a Gite with Anita’s parents. At the same time we managed to catch the Total Eclipse with Graham’s parents who came over the Channel for the day!
In 2000 we spent a lovely 20 days on the Costs del Sol – soaking up the Sun and taking in a trip to Gibraltar as well as the Alhambra.
In 2002 we travelled to France, staying in Biarritz and Beaune.
We travelled to France again in 2003 and 2005, visiting Eurodisney and Paris.
In 2006 we were able to travel to Lanzarote on the Canary Islands for a sun-filled family holiday.
In 2007 and again in 2010 we travelled to Le Pas Opton in the Vendeé Region of France for a holiday under canvas.
This year we travel further as a family than ever before – this time to live. Tanzania here we come.
